NASA Adopts Rule for Medical Monitoring of Former Astronauts

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is adopting an interim rule that implements the TREAT Astronauts Act to provide medical monitoring and treatment for former U.S. Government astronauts and payload specialists.
