FINRA Approves Rule Change for Trade Report Timestamps

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to increase the granularity of timestamps in trade reports submitted to its equity trade reporting facilities, as proposed by Self-Regulatory Organizations.
