SEC Grants Temporary Exemption for Reporting Requirements

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted a temporary conditional exemption for certain reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the National Market System Plan, allowing industry members to temporarily avoid reporting certain activities off-exchange floors.
