U.S. Coast Guard Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Offshore Patrol Cutter Program

The U.S. Coast Guard is preparing a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the acquisition and operation of up to 21 Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPCs) as part of the OPC Program of Record, which aims to acquire up to 25 total cutters.
