DHS Proposes Rule to Limit Employment Authorization for Aliens with Final Orders of Removal

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing a rule to eliminate employment authorization for aliens with final orders of removal, except for those deemed impracticable to remove due to travel document issues and those granted deferral of removal under the U.N. Convention Against Torture.
