Expedited OMB Review and Public Comment: Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report (OMB #0970-0492)

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking expedited review of a data collection request for the Community Services Block Grant CARES Act Supplemental and Disaster Supplemental funding, and is inviting public comments on the proposed collection, which will be submitted through the existing CSBG Annual Report form.
