US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Malaysia Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that prestressed concrete steel wire strand imports from Malaysia are being sold at less than their fair market value in the US, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
