US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Tunisia Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand imports from Tunisia are being sold at less than their fair market value in the US, and has postponed the final determination and extended provisional measures.
