US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Ukraine Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand imports from Ukraine are being sold at less than fair value, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
