The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposal to partially remove four contaminated sites from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of hazardous waste sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
