US Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for Escape from Managaha Swim Event in Tanapag Harbor, Saipan

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish a recurring safety zone in Tanapag Harbor, Saipan, to protect participants and vessels from potential hazards during the Escape from Managaha swim event.
