DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Remove Hexavalent Chromium References
The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove references to revoked Executive Orders related to minimizing the use of materials containing hexavalent chromium, a toxic substance commonly known as chromium-6.
