US Department of Commerce Delays Implementation of West Coast Groundfish Electronic Monitoring Program

The US Department of Commerce has delayed the implementation of the Electronic Monitoring Program for the West Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program to January 1, 2022, to give industry and service providers more time to prepare and increase support for the program.
