US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of PET Film from India, Rescinds Review for Seven Companies

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film from India, finding that Jindal Poly Films Ltd. did not sell its products at below normal value during the review period. The department also rescinded reviews for seven other companies that withdrew their requests for review.
