US Department of Commerce Conducts Administrative Review of Indian PET Film Imports

The US Department of Commerce is reviewing countervailing duties on polyethylene terephthalate film imports from India, preliminarily finding that Jindal Poly Films Ltd. received subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
