FHWA Requests Comments on Proposed Revision to Highway Design Standards

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking public comments on a proposed revision to the design standards and specifications for new construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation projects on the National Highway System, which would allow states to undertake resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation projects on freeways, including Interstate highways.
