BLM Issues Final Regulations for Alaska Native Vietnam-Era Veterans to Apply for Land Allotments

The Bureau of Land Management is issuing final regulations to allow Alaska Native Vietnam-era veterans to apply for land allotments under the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019, enabling them to apply for allotments they were previously ineligible for due to their military service.
