USDA Announces Expansion of Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) Eligibility

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has released a Record of Decision (ROD) expanding the eligibility of the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) to include timberland, roadbeds, farmsteads, feedlots, and grain bins, in addition to traditional cropland and forage land, following a public comment period.
