Notice of Funding Opportunity for Letters of Interest for the RRIF Express Pilot Program Under the Railroad Rehabilitation & Improvement Financing Program

The Railroad Rehabilitation & Improvement Financing Program (RRIF) has extended the deadline for Letters of Interest for the RRIF Express Pilot Program, and revised eligibility criteria to allow for larger project sizes and more refinancing, from 50% to 75%. Prospective borrowers can amend their Letters of Interest to reflect the changes, and projects previously eligible for RRIF Express financing remain eligible under this new opportunity.
