FMCSA Renews Exemptions for Eight Individuals with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has decided to renew exemptions for eight individuals with epilepsy to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce, allowing them to continue driving despite having had seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
