Great Basin and Northern Railroad-Change in Operators Exemption-City of Ely and Nevada Northern Railway Foundation

The City of Ely and Nevada Northern Railway Foundation has submitted a request to the Surface Transportation Board to change the operators exemption for the Great Basin and Northern Railroad, allowing the foundation to take over the operation of the railroad.
