FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications from Two Individuals with ICDs

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemption applications from two individuals who were treated with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICDs) and sought to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce despite having cardiovascular conditions.
