EPA Submits Renewal of Air Emission Standards for Tanks, Surface Impoundment and Containers for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for public comment on the renewal of its Air Emission Standards for Tanks, Surface Impoundment and Containers, which is currently set to expire on January 31, 2021, and will now be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) through an additional 30-day public comment period.
