EPA Exempts Adipic Acid from Tolerance Requirement for Antimicrobial Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Ecolab, Inc. from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Adipic acid in food-contact surfaces, eliminating the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues when used in accordance with this exemption.
