Export Inspection and Weighing Waiver for High Quality Specialty Grains Transported in Containers
The United States Department of Agriculture's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration is issuing an interim rule to potentially make permanent a waiver for high quality grain exported in containers from mandatory inspection and weighing requirements. The waiver, set to expire on July 31, 2010, would provide relief to the grain industry for 2 years if comments are received.
