EPA Proposes Approval of California's Air Quality Plan for Plumas County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan submitted by California to address Clean Air Act requirements for the 2012 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standard in the Plumas County Moderate PM 2.5 nonattainment area.
