EPA Takes Final Action on San Diego Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made final decisions on revisions to the San Diego Air Pollution Control District's (SDAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), addressing the District's RACT requirements and negative declarations for the 2008 ozone NAAQS in the San Diego ozone nonattainment area.
