USDA Rule Implements Specific Requirements for Durum Wheat Quality Program

The new rule, authorized by the 2008 Farm Bill, partially compensates durum wheat producers for fungicide costs to control Fusarium head blight, also known as wheat scab, from 2009 to 2012.
