FINRA Proposes Rule Change to Delete FINRA Order Audit Trail System (OATS)

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has filed an amendment to its proposed rule change to delete the FINRA Order Audit Trail System (OATS), and the regulator has granted accelerated approval of the modified proposal.
