U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a sailing vessel, GRABOWSKI, which would allow it to carry up to twelve passengers for hire, provided it is three years old or more.
