Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S. Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel SEAFARI

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S. coastwise trade laws for the SEAFARI, a power catamaran, to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided the vessel is three years old or more.
