Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran SERENITY NOW

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a sailing catamaran, allowing it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, with a maximum age of 3 years.
