The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received a request from the Kaktovik Iñupiat Corporation to take small numbers of polar bears by harassment during seismic surveys in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, between January 21, 2021, and September 30, 2021.
