OSMRE Proposes Renewal of Information Collection for Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund-Fee Collection and Coal Production Reporting

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is proposing to renew an information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which includes the collection of fees for abandoned mine reclamation and coal production reporting, as outlined in Form OSM-1 and the Coal Reclamation Fee Report.
