EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Coal Combustion Residuals Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to approve part of the Texas Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) permit program, which would operate in lieu of the federal program, pending a 60-day public comment period.
