EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Revoked Ozone NAAQS Standards
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its October 9, 2020, direct final rule to update the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) due to adverse comments, and will address the comments in a subsequent final rule.
