Notice of Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Countermeasures Against Marburgvirus and/or Marburg Disease

The US Secretary is issuing a declaration under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act to provide limited immunity for activities related to countermeasures against Marburgvirus and/or Marburg disease, in response to the growing threat of this highly contagious and deadly virus.
