US Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Incidental Take Permit for Rosewater Wind Farm

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Rosewater Wind Farm LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act for its Rosewater Wind Farm project, which could authorize the incidental take of endangered and threatened bat species for a 6-year period.
