SEC Proposes Rule Changes to Include Platform Workers in Employee Stock Offerings

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing temporary rule changes to allow non-reporting companies to offer securities to a broader group of platform workers, including those who use their internet-based marketplace platforms, without registering the offers and sales under the Securities Act of 1933.
