HUD Submits 30-Day Notice for COVID-19 Contingency Plan Information Collection

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has requested an additional 30 days for public comment on its proposed information collection requirement for COVID-19 contingency plans related to multifamily rental project closing documents, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act review process.
