US Department of Commerce Finds 4th Tier Cigarettes from Republic of Korea Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that 4th tier cigarettes from the Republic of Korea are being sold in the US at less than fair value, with dumping margins to be announced, following an investigation that ran from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
