US Department of Commerce Determines Countervailable Subsidies on Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce has found that producers and exporters of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey are receiving subsidies, which could harm US industries, and has issued a final countervailing duty determination and a final negative critical circumstances determination.
