FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Garmin GTS Processor Units

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Garmin International GMN-00962 GTS processor units, which have been found to issue resolution advisories when no risk of collision or loss of separation exists. The proposed directive would require updating the software version of the affected units to address the unsafe condition.
