DHS/US Customs and Border Protection Proposes Changes to CBP Intelligence Records System

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection are proposing to modify and reissue an existing system of records, titled CBP Intelligence Records System (CIRS), which collects and analyzes intelligence information to support law enforcement efforts.
