NYSE National, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to the SEC to reduce the time frame before a letter of acceptance, waiver, and consent under Rule 10.9216 and an uncontested offer of settlement under Rule 10.9270(f) can be made, with the proposed change taking effect immediately
