EPA Announces Availability of Final Modifications to NPDES General Permits for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems in Massachusetts and New Hampshire

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available final modifications to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits for stormwater discharges from small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, following a mediation process involving several organizations and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
