US Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Draft Environmental Assessment and Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan for Bluff Point Wind Energy Center
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from NextEra Energy Bluff Point LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, and is seeking public comment on the draft Environmental Assessment and proposed habitat conservation plan for the Bluff Point Wind Energy Center in Indiana.
