Pennsylvania Regulatory Program Seeks Changes to Surface Mining Regulations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has announced receipt of a proposed amendment to the Pennsylvania regulatory program, which includes changes to regulations addressing seeding, bonding, haul roads, and other requirements, and invites public comments on the proposed changes.
