NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program, which will be used for landings made in 2021 and invoices sent to processors and registered buyers by January 15, 2022, with fees due by February 15, 2022.
