Canada Files Request for Panel Review of US Countervailing Duty on Softwood Lumber

The Government of Canada, along with several provincial governments and industry associations, has requested a panel review of a US countervailing duty on Canadian softwood lumber, citing unfair trade practices. The request was filed on December 10, 2020, with the USMCA Secretariat.
